im about to purchase a dvd recorder and my question is as follows can you record sky tv? and how and what do you connect its an hdmi upscaling dvd recorder btw.

My DVD recorder records from my Sky+ just fine. No HD here, I just use a SCART cable and the input is selectable on the DVD. Easy.
