£35K is the average wage for a Pro? Doesn't seem an awful lot. I tried to recruit someone for our small team, and they all turned their noses up at £33k start.
Recently I bought a £300 pioneer CD player, don't know how much it would have been to get a profesional in to rewire the power supply to constant instead of ignition only, but it cost me bugger all coz I did it myself with only a power testing screwdriver, a length of wire and my teeth.
