Alternative map server...

I know this is like taking proverbial in the wind, but what about an alternative map server. Make the map pack downloadable (or put on the PC Gamer disk as there always trying to cram it with stuff). Purpose of the server is to have maps that people are used to (i.e. not brand new customs) but provide a variation on a theme. Such as :

cs_assault2k
de_747
cs_militia2k
de_dust2002

.... as I say no chance but one can dream.

keep dreaming,ive been lobying for a custom server for a while cant see it happening though,wouldnt mind having the rat maps on it as well.

Custom map servers wont happen. They dont achieve the same efficiency as other servers with normal maps. The hardware is better used elsewhere, and since BW has moved down to 12 CS servers recently, I dont see a custom map server coming along, when there wasnt one with 20 servers
