Sometimes when I alt tab out the game and then back into it all i get is a black screen.

The game is running as I can hear myself walking, and the cursor turns into a hand when i move it over something... I just cant see anything.

This happens about 50% of the time, is it a known bug?

aye windowed mode sorts it out

There's also an option in some Nvidia cards that, when selected, minimizes your game really fast (called rapid minimalisation or something(don't know the english name for it)) which worked for me never got that black screen again when using alt+tab and it closes alot faster.

windowed mode and set same res like your desktop resolution, alt-tab takes a second then

Updated video drivers seemed to help me with this issue...
