Alliance Speak = Realm-Wide Chit-Chat?

at least if ppl must be in it give them only reading rights. maybe like egon said in guild chat, only +40 scouts/infiltrators and lvl 50s should have speaking rights.

In Equilibrium we have 5 people with speak rights.
all lvl 40+ have hear rights.

as of yet I think only 4 or so posts have ever been done by us. We talk about it in guild chat and IF it's relavent then we post it in /as.

no one needs speak rights as long as one person in the guild online has speak at all times.

max 5 or 6 people.
