What guilds are members of this alliance and whats the critera to join ?

There is no such thing as "the Alliance". There are different Alliances formed by different guilds. A guild decides to start an alliance and then invites other guilds to join it. So the criteria to join the guild are different for each alliance.

Aha. I got the impression that one of these alliances where much bigger then the rest and that this one served as the main communication channel between guilds.

Yea one of the draw backs is that not all guilds are in the same alliances.. I was grouping in RvR with a couple of friends who are in the Na Fiannia guild. I wasn't leading but following the leader and he had no clue where the fighting was I took over and led as some of the folks in alliance with the dragons were using alliance chat and I read that they were in emain..

If the members of the guilds can be friends why can't the leaders pull the thumb out and band together??? U maybe rite..egos..

Na Fianna are in the Celtic fist alliance atm but only officers can talk within that alliance and not all the Guild can hear /AS atm but i think we will change that to all the Guild being able to hear /AS as it benifts all.

yup

would be VERY nice if all the guild leaders started cooperating and helping each other. Hibernia wont be much of a force if we dont pool our resources.

Might as well removing Ligen and cain now 'cos we wont need a frontier or portal keep
