Try uninstalling it and d/ling and reinstalling the latest version.

I doubt that't help as eye.exe gets replaced during the frequent updates anyway.

I got a registration number which worked fine, fella. Have you checked their forums for similar problems?

Didnt do anything special, just copied and pasted the reg code from me comfirmation e-mail. That did it.
