What's the best way to skill up on Alchemy ? In Armour and Tailor the rule is Gloves, Boots and Sleeves. Quite simple. Is there something similar for Alchemy ?

Cheers,

Skill on orange items when they are +2 of crafters skill, level that item untill the next item in line is +2 of current skill on crafter (should be 4-5 skillups/item).

Well thats my experience atlest and what worked best for me.

Aren't any recipes inherently more expensive than others ?

Poisons seem to be the cheapest atm...

Poisons & potions are probably the cheapest, & dyes, but once you get high enough you're stuck with tinctures anyway.

Effects & charges are much cheaper than reactives though.

I always started on an item that was orange 5 points above my skill & switched as soon as it went yellow.
Seemed to give the best results like that.

By the way you'd better get saving up, I reckon it cost me 55p to get a LGM Alchemist.

Hmm - it will be a long-term project :)
