Hi was wondering if anyone could tell me what you need in alch to imbue armor mp level 51 with omnidrain procs ?

Minimum skill to put them on was 886. It's not impossible that it's a couple of points higher for omniprocs.

The skill at which they turn yellow is 1098.

You need an Ancient Lich Tooth per proc, the rest is available from merchants.
