Alchemy Question

can my 740ish skill alc combine reactive procs? ie combine a proc he can't make yet into an item, without a blowup (if there is such a thing in alc) ?

I's been reported on the Trade Skill Forum that a Alchy with as low as between mid 500-700ish can combine reactives into a item, which don't have any blowup risk at all, btw (no such thing in Alchemy). Others good-to-know limits are 859+ to recharge Arcanium Charge procs.

I used ablative reactive procs with my 740ish alchemist about a week ago. None of the armour blew up, or refused to combine.
So I would say yeah, you can combine stuff at 740.
