Alchemy proc levels

Is the highest alchemy proc lvl 47? I haven't heard any broadcasts etc selling any lvl 50 stuff and was wondergin why it would stop at 47??

The highest lvl proc craftable is lvl 47.

The highest lvl drops (charges, procs and reactives) are lvl 48

I'm sure I have a lvl 50 proccing hammer which was a drop.... unless you mean armour or I'm just a confused dorf ;-)

He means tincture drops, ie the procs themselves that you can apply to weapons/armor like for example the caer sidi 150 ablative aura drop.
