Listened to that in the works van the other day, she's sure got a perdy voice.

These music threads are hard, I couldn't think of a single of the year at all, hmmm album though................Incubus - Morning View.

most would argue Morning Views a letdown on their previous stuff, but it takes an evolving mind to listen to it.

Certainly its different to most of their stuff, more of a mellowed edge to the tone of the songs but Boyd is still , in my opinion, one of the most intelligent songwriters around and it reflects in Morning View.
Its not crap its different.

As for album of the year?
thisGIRL - short strut to the brassy front.

May well have been out longer than a year but ive only discoverd it in this time frame so nur.

and Pitchshifter - PSI which got harsher ratings than it deserved imo.

(O and norah jones makes me have the sex weeeeeeeeeee)

I got it earlier in the year for a 5 spot (Fungus Amongus)

I agree with you about Morning View though.... well it's the best album I have bought all year.

She did, she says he's too thin and when I pointed out that he always seems to have to take his top off in the videos or live performances(kinda like Jean Claude Van Damme), it put her off a bit, me on the other hand............I would.
