Today I was playing my lvl5 scout, i died in Salisbury (i couldnt afford a horse ride up to camelot and tried to make it on foot). I died.

Then 1mins later some guy who dies NEXT TO ME, asks me for a ress, a dead, lvl5, scout. Of course I said 'yes, right away' and then put him on /ignore.

Today I decided to grp a bit with my uber lvl12 cleric, it took well over 20mins of conversation to convinve this guy that there was more than on tree with nymphs under and that I would need a /loc or directions to find it. Then a further 5mins explaining what /loc was and hwo to give me a number.

When I finally arrived it took 35mins before he realised we were trying to get him to invite me to the grp, he then invited a scout instead accidentally...

Why oh why did I leave mid for alb?!

The only thing that keeps me slightly sane is talking to sissyfoo. I must be a desperate man if i turn to him for words of sanity...

cause then you got the CATACOMBS groups that want constant pulling and blame everyone but the one at fault for deaths and whom never listen to healers saying oop.

Then you got your PYMGY groups, which are always full, and are allways overcamped, and always have noobs in them that go afk and don't tell anyone/forget to say oop/turn off /g and only talk in /gu because they don't like what's being said in /g

Then if you somehow manage to keep your sanity in DF til 45, you got your TREE groups!

Which are the absolute single most BORING thing in the entire essence of the game.

And then when you finally hit fifty ( \o/ ), you get to go to sauvage (which is always laggy), sit on a pad waiting for the bugged visur to come and pray that some noob doesn't stall the elementalists that will port you, and (whether you like it or not) join the zerg in emain or the occasional balanced group in odins.

Oh joy

A desperate cry to all low level hibbies! Forget getting up at 6 in the morning, adding your name to the fins list then waiting until 20:00 to be called up despite the fact you were originally told you were second tank on the list, only to then spend half the night drinking coffee and wondering how the hell your going to get to work in the morning WHILST being bored out of your tiny little mind (useful hint: You can move the performance meter and compass to cover your exp bar...just don't check too often else you'll be dissapointed). No instead I recommend getting a group or two together and going to Siabra City. Much better exp and ....erm....well alot more fun too

TWEEESSSS SUXXXEETTTHHHHH and most ppl don't start twees at 45 now -_- if i remember correctly ppl start trees at 43 ^_^ i did start trees at 45 though

Tree groups are almost non-existent nowadays

Hate to say it but Yes we do suck . Judging by some of our performance in Emain some of the main RVR crowd in alb need to go back to BG and do some basic training.

Baaah, why do all think Fins are good?!?!, There is alot other spots that give more XP and Nice ITEMS. Do you own grp and go to SHeerio Hills or Bog or why not SI places like Tur suil?

But suite your self if you wana wait 6-12 hour for a Fins spot that is boring as hell, when you only can make your own and have big fun in Other places!!

Avalon best way 10x faster exp than the twees - obviously this guy doesn't have SI so dont listen to him - AvaLON!! Ok try twees 1 lvl then go to avalon to see the ubah change in exping speed (yes, I mean faster not slower ;P)

Time for another "Tales from salisbury".

When lvling in mid we rarely get the honour of having someones buffbot to help us lvl (when they have an alt in the grp aswell). In fact its very rare.

However today in salisbury i was grped with no less than 3 (three!) other clerics, all of whom had better buffs than me but were lower lvl, all of whom happened to also be playing one of the other chars in the grp. Then there was the reaver who brought along his lvl50 buffbot, 5 clerics for one lvl12-15 grp?
