what kindof puzzels me though is when mids will charge a single hib and chanse him down only to get steamrolled by the alb zerg after they have killed him

Oh shush! I have seen both sides doing it tonight. Albs zerg mids, mids retreat to MTK, mids regroup and zerg Albs back to MB. Its a classic 'chicken and egg' scenario. Which came first, the alb zerg or the mid zerg?

The only realm not zerging were the Hibs. In fact, they were the only ones who bothered to use any form of strategy.

Not true hibs zerg 'seasonally'.

Well it means they only ever zerg when the own the keep.

Albs only ever zerg because unfortunately for them they do seem to outnumer the others a lot of the time and so what looks like zerging is often grps competeing for the kills.

Mids on the other hand are to stupid to understand what zerging is, we do it just as often but still dont actually realise.

Albs zerging must be the reason I logged out from thid yesterday 7-9PM....everytime I got to the CK I got ganked by 25+ hibs...while a /who thid gave 8 albs

Yesterday you both zerged equally really.
I think we hibs did well with some kind of tactic, and we took down numbers greater than our own, basicly because the zergs usually are pretty fraghappy and doesnt think about winning, and when they see us (and aaaaaall our pets) the first many flee already.

Just to defend hibs, at the most we were 10 in thid yesterday, i ran around with 5-6 at most times.

Wish the hibs on pryd wouuld show some spirit like that , lucky if u get 5 in primetime and they r nightshades.

They are mainly chanters on Excal...chanters and Animists. :/

Me: Ooo...elf casters. I think I could smack one in the face and run aw...wait, chanters. Bah, PBAOE and Stun...lets PA a zerker instead.

Chanters shouldn't be a problem in BG1, 1 shot them every time if you get PA in (as far as I can remember)

Just gotta have good timing to avoid those pb's :)

Its not the killing them part I'm worried about. Its the kill one get stunned and then PBAOEd to death a couple of seconds later bit I'm not too fond of. :)

hehe, its not too bad if theres 3 casters.. 1 hit the first, and keep changing target with the other 2.. oh and strafe behind so that their QC's get messed up (unless they use /face) :p

gah! That's one move I really hate, even if you /face sometimes quickcast fails if they duck inside you just as you cast :(

blatent lies, only time necros kill me is in alb zerg or at keep takes when u shoot thru the walls mmk.

3 shot kill a yellow necro pet, 2 shot a blue one, 1 shot/2shot if zerked and buffed


no problem.

o btw 20-30 mids MAYBE more were campingatk tonight for 2-3hrs . prolly more cos i logged due to boredom :(

Its more fun when the enemy are stupid enough to camp your pk.

- You dont have to go very far to kill stuff.
- The ressers are completely safe.
- Your on a hill and so have a high advantage.

If anything it would be the mids themselves who would find it very boring...
