With a lvl 50 buffbot, a superb sc/alch template, patience and lots of cunning. You been in a fight with a Minstrel since the Strength have gone? They hit like wimps suddenly...besides, minstrel have been on the receiving end of collective nerfs over the the majority of patches, only recently they got loving (they get to climb walls - lucky buggers).

Only 2 classes in Albion that I would choose over their hib/mid (supposed)equivalents...friar and infil.

That does not mean to say Albion can't make good groups, I have played against some very good groups.

very very few alb class's

except from the stealther class's and the theug (didnt see that many friars though dunno why)

atm there is 12 alb class's out of 100 on top 100 camlann list
5 of those are not a stealther ...

alb class's a not that bad ... just the other class's offer a tad more kick

No, but he makes sure he gets everything first. Take a look at minstrels, one of them is very tough, or was, haven't seen him for ages solo. Have you noticed the drop in his RP weekly earnings?

The others are living off scraps, Minstrels are no longer the singing, dancing solo'ers of yesterday they are best at nothing. Every ability the have, is better one some other class.

This new little bit of loving is a bonus, but nothing special tbh. Just a whole lot of people speaking bullshit about how uber it will be for a minstrel to climb walls.

He got high RR when minstrels were good (pre-1.50). He now survives on his RR and buffs. Before you say minstrels are good, go play one (preferrably low RR and without buffs).

Him having a child prolly has nothing to do with him dropping in RP´s per week.

And I never said they are the best, I asked how Alpha does it if the class is so damn crappy.

Alpha has 3 children mate, I doubt very much whether the baby suddenly consumes all his time, his other 2 kids(presumably young) are just as important and probably demanded the equivalent amount of time. I think you will probably fnd he is growing bored of the game, more then having to look after the baby.

I think you answered the question yourself...the exact same thing could be said about Veeshan, how does she do it with such a crap class? Remember these people have done it from before their class was nerfed.

There can be pretty much no argument over the fact that alb classes and grps suck, but there are times they blame everything but stupidity for their loss.

If you have a friend with an account in Albion, then just try to play their char for 1 day, 1 day is all you will need.

when you're mezzed, and the enemy ain't...

when you can't find a minstrel to speed you along...

when you have no pbt faster than 10s, are running on caster speed etc.

you might do OK with a friar, but they're one of albion's better classes that's for sure.
