Albs attempt to take thid faste

hehe! It was fun, wasn't it? We were about 5 mids in thidranki when you first started to pull the guards! we really gave you a lot of time to hit the doors... but what could we do when we only had 5 people in the keep? Lucky us the backup wasn't far away! Well, better luck next time!
You had a little shadowblade problem there, hadn't you? hehe. and where did you all go after the second try? You only had 8 people there afterwards, and that was no fun! Please try to take Thidranki Faste a little more often. It's fun to fight big armies!

albs can't take keeps, its a know fact. all they do is to run around like headless chickens and to try and solo the doors

I watched in dismay the other night as our alb force attempted to batter down the doors without a ram. It was another one of our impromptu sieges "Oh look theres 20 of us lets take the keep".

I must be on ignore as no one took any notice of my "who's bringing the ram?"

I spend most of my time bringing SB's out of stealth and shouting don't sit there there's a stealther about.

We are pants at taking keeps!

If Albs were a little more organised and had some theurgists and sorc and cabalist and some wizard (Well more of them classes) we wouild all be fine. Some more infs would be nice but instead Alb is littered with tanks. We try at least

So let them infs in groups, it will help you later. I had a good group the other day with 3 infs in

hehe. when the albs started hacking the door the first time we were about 5 peoeple in thidranki. I really thought thid faste would go to albion that time.... And after 5-10 minutes of door bashing I notice: The door is at 99%?! Oh what a relief. and then I went out to keep you infils away from the gate keeper. Watch out for my lvl 1 poison.

I don't think I was there during this attempt, but I could have been. It's a generic story. Certainly not the first time over the last couple of days the Spamelot forces showed up in significant numbers around the keep while Mids were vastly outnumbered.

Every time there is just one thing missing. Bring a goddamn ram next time for Loki's sake!

This may sound strange but I know I'm not alone in thinking that it was more fun when we didn't have the keep. We won't give up the keep for free of course, but... please! You even had casters meleeing the gates, don't think we didn't see that. And since the upgrade we haven't even repaired it.

I am afraid that the lack of ram was fully my fault
i was meant to be leading the raid and had announced it sometime before but as always, i never get to lead a raid as something goes wrong e.g. sis in hospital. :-P

so very sorry to those who expected the rams i promised and well done for trying anyway

Hehe it was fun

Had some good fun casting my dot's on you guys.
I figured the whole attempt was doomed as after 5 mins of bashing the doors we hardly scratched them.
so i started messing around casting AoE dots on anything that moved in the keep
some albs kept yelling to keep bashing the door and
that it would have worked
if we listent to their words of wisdom.
I told em there was no way of taking that keep without rams or atleast 20 other tanks
hitting that door, i got flamed, left and lvl'd some more.

So did you like the 2 siege rams we turned up with later?

Glad we didn't disapoint, and also glad to get to build one at last Plus I now have more space in my vault.

Yeah, that was an impressive show-up and an efficient siege. There was some debate among the 19 Mids present why you all suddenly stopped banging your heads against the gate and ran back to ATK. Was it to drive off some hibs preventing key classes from reaching CK, or was it just a ploy to lure out the Mids entrenched in the keep?

Then we realised you were finally logging. Well, not logging, but logging, if you get the point. And with the lumber in place and first ram up, there was little we could do, given the numbers we had and our lack of AE support.

As I was autoreleased from outside gates, the 2nd gate was still shut tight. As I got on the horse in Huginfell, I got the broadcast. Well done. Rejoice today, tomorrow it will be too late.
