Bloody hell, who thought this would ever be a good idea.
I know a generation grew up with no central heating but by god the mould in airtight homes is awful.
Even if you open the windows everyday you seem to fight a losing battle.
That assuming there is someone home to open the windows during the day or you live in an area were scallys won't break or neighbors moan if you leave them open when people are at work.
You know what well made houses have, VENTS in the wall you can open and close as you need. I have not seen one of those in years now, if your renting you really are shit out of luck.
