One common "Totally not for sexting" AI chatbot tool (character ai) has filed for bankruptcy so that's a thing. AWS have finally come out and said they're out of compute resource till 2028, Nvidia are circle jerk funding other AI companies.

I hope it explodes. I need more storage and more RAM - Then I can run a local model for code.

I think we will, gradually, expand our productive capacity. The models will also move to better, more efficient, mathematics.

But it's going nowhere. A share price crash might happen, but demand is demand.

How long before the AI figures out it needs to manipulate the stock market to perpetuate it's own growth?

Yup, NVIDIA and other large contributors are essentially circular funding the majority of AI atm, that cash can't last forever though and investors are starting to realise the quick returns just aren't there. AI obv isn't just going to vanish if the bubble did burst but I think its going to get slapped down a peg or two.

And yes, I hope NVIDIA get absolutely buttfucked when it does pop because NVIDIA and the Ram companies deserve it for how scummy they've been, the ram companies especially for price rigging which they were already fined for back in the early 2000's but seem to be getting away with it now under Trumps government.

It'll go pop eventually, it is just a question of how big a bang it'll make.

Too much supply
Too little demand
High costs
Circular deals
