After /level 20 where get armour?

After i done the /level 20 where do i go in albion SI to get yellow con armour/weapon/shield for free to my paladin?

You can only get the free armour from the people in your realms capital. In Albion its 'assistant Willie' who's near the Defenders of Albion house.
