Hi,

I'm seeking advise on a new ISP for use for online gaming. I am currently subscribed to BT anytime and cannot change this for various reasons. Thus I'm looking for a 'good for gaming' 0845 dialup service (preferably without monthly subscription charges). I used to use Barrysworld but, as that seems to be down for the time being, really need to get a better dialup service. Any suggestions?

I tried jolt a few times for CS on there hpb servers and it was fucking shit, i wouldnt bother with it from a modem point of view.

Freeserve seems quite good for gaming atm...

Jolt are ok but it uses BT's network not Jolts (Nildram)

Demon is probably the best, it has stable pings and no cut off, but it costs a fair bit.....

Stop jibbering around with all this Jolteer rubbish and dialup to an isp which doesn't have an assortment of football stickers on the side of their servers. Demon UK is the only dialup isp worth talking about.
