Advice On Wiz Temp

hmm can any 1 recomend a gem for my wiz .. basicly i have my template sorted all but gem, i have erinys penciled in my template but tbh with numbers atm (in my guild / as / and alb in genral) the chances of me getting erinys arti/enc are very slim so need to find replacement till or if i ever do get it.

Any 1 got any surgestions ?

i Made thsi temp for my wiz who was fire spec now is ice so will change 1 or 2 things ( like the + skill on sleves etc)
