Advice on what alchemy to use on SC items!

I have seen a lot of different SC templates here as well as a lot of good advice from many people. Now I am looking for some information on what alchemist imbues that is good for different classes.

If someone could tell me what would be a good for casters (supp SM and RC runie) and a healer I would be very happy.

most go for ablatives(melee dmg absorb procs) which are very expensive. Ofc there is also the dmg shield proc that is rather useless for casters.´Also there are some armor/wep procs in TG that though, are very rare

If you play a class that uses root to CC then you are pretty much restricted to ablative procs. A dd or dot proc will break your root and leave you eating dirt.
