advice on overcharging

Hi

i am planning my 1st 2 chars Sc set of armour. One set of leather for an INf all 99% and 1 set of cloth for my sorc 2xMP. I was wondering what % overcharge you advise going for ? is the base in the calculator adjusted by the skill of the crafter ?

Gillan 50 Inf - fed up of being ganked because I solo, no buff bott in epic armour
Rabid 50 sorc - fed up of being ganked...well because I am a sorc

33.5 on 99qua lvl 51 items

37.5 on mp lvl 51 items

use 99 gems and you should be fine :l
