ADSL Vs CABLE

Ok the time is near....
I would like to know whats best to use to play games (like Q3a) over the net with. Can ppl with any of these pls leave details on isp area and how close yr exchange is(ADSL only) and anything else Ive left out, as I dont have both Im sure many many other online gamers would like to know whats the best choice to go for??

Most people will be glad just to have ADSL or CableModems available in their area - never mind being able to choose between them.

I suspect that ADSL is the better technology, however, in the end, localised loading and the conenction to the server is what decides how good the connections get, and these are not that predictable..

When leeching from work, i always find Cable Modems to be %30-%40 faster than ADSL.


But, most are american so i dunno.
