adjusting gamma with win XP and GF4 4600

i am having a nightmare of a time trying to adjust my gamma for daoc, i cannot for the life of me find where/how to do this, in win 98 with my GF2 i just went into control panel/display/settings and it was there for you to adjust, but its not in win xp or the nvidia desktop manager, i know it is probably staring me right in the face any help would be much appreciated

I got same setup, download a program called PowerStrip.

Its pretty neat, lets you use keyboard shortcuts so you can adjust settings while your in game.
