AD query

I want to find a way to see all the members of a group in AD. In the example below (random google image) they have the Sales folder (container?) selected and there is a Sales West group within.

How could I get that data into a text format i.e. Notepad?
Although I use AD at work, we don't really do anything technical with it, plus I have zero exposure to VB so if the answer involves typing a whole load of nonsense it may not help me. The reason being if I need to modify it, I will have no idea what I am doing lol.

Have a look at http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc773354(v=ws.10).aspx for ADSI Edit. I've used it quite a bit in the past and I think you might be able to do what you need. If not then I think you're looking at ADSI and some VB or VC# or some such.

No, you can install it on any machine within the domain.
