Action in BG3?

Recently capped out of BG1 with my ranger, most fun thid character I've tried so far (and I've tried a few). I was just wondering, is there enough regular action in BG3 to make it worth levelling him up to 35?
Alternatively I could just wait for 1.62 and make loads of instant thid characters.

All bg's will be substantially fuller after 1.62, bg3 at the moment is only worth it at peak times unless you're quite patient. Personally I'd just wait, after 1.62 it will be so easy to get a char into thid that there will be no need to lvl a bg-only char up to the next battlegrounds.

Depends what you want, if you want to go to bg3 with a load of hibs then don't bother, wait for patch. If you just want a fight you will find albs in there more or less the whole time.

Thankyou both for your replies, think I'm better off waiting as you say. I play the BG's for fun and to try out different classes so 'instathids' will be ideal for me. Hope to meet you both there in the future
