I don't feel I should give details here, but I was wondering if other people are having similar problems.
Do you have an account that you have not been able to re-activate after the hack? Are you STILL BEING BILLED FOR IT?
To my shock and dismay, after a summer away, my flatmate has not been able to recieve his details, and is still bing billed for DaoC. GOA seem to be extremely unhelpful in this matter.
I have been playing since open beta, and I think it kinda sucks that they can't help resolve this matter a little better.
Where is the phone number to sort this out? Or an invite only IRC channel or something, where they can deal with this stuff faster.
At nearly a month of contact now, with no resolution this is ridiculous.
