Account Woes

I don't feel I should give details here, but I was wondering if other people are having similar problems.

Do you have an account that you have not been able to re-activate after the hack? Are you STILL BEING BILLED FOR IT?

To my shock and dismay, after a summer away, my flatmate has not been able to recieve his details, and is still bing billed for DaoC. GOA seem to be extremely unhelpful in this matter.

I have been playing since open beta, and I think it kinda sucks that they can't help resolve this matter a little better.

Where is the phone number to sort this out? Or an invite only IRC channel or something, where they can deal with this stuff faster.

At nearly a month of contact now, with no resolution this is ridiculous.

Those subscription people need to handle their info faster and better. It's far too slow at this rate.

Sooo please help him.... It's not fun being charged for a game and can't even play...

Just deny payment on the creditcard thingy, have to be done from the bank or something...when you get the details, let them suck the money again.
