Would never buy/trade and play someone elses acct (due to what happened to you) and I think I said that to you over ventrilo.
That being said.. its really low what the original owner of the account has done, once he sold, traded or gave the acct away he should have given up all rights on it.
You cant sell a car and then a few months later claim it back.. its just silly!.
I really feel for you m8, any help Sarumans Hand can give you is yours for the taking.. MG PL, Crafting (I will do personally) help with MLs, Artifacts.. just say the word. I will commit myself and most of the guild (Who ive spoken too) to getting u back up there with a fully toad, templated and MLd toon.

In the mean time, I would do everything in my power to get that acct banned for good.. send all transaction details, correspondence to goa.
Ref your original acct.. get it back! only if it went to the person u traded for Foruu acct. Dont get acct back if its nothing to do with the foruu acct as you would be just as lame as the original foruu acct holder whos claimed acct back.. if u follow me hehe

We've seen it a lot before, sorry to say sympathy is running low for these cases. U do these things at ure own risk and if not taken the right steps ull get backstabbed.

Same when u let a friend play ure account, u never know whats gone happen.
