Hey there people
im from the great GREAT country of Denmark and i started playing daoc on the us servers a about a month ago, then my trial period ran out and i started paying for it, my only problem is that after i renewed the account the master account says its active but when i try to login it says account closed and i can see on my net bank that they have billed me for the month i subbed for which made abit mad to be honest.
i have been jumping from support page to support page of theres but none seems to be the right one until i read somewhere that as an europeen, your actually suppose to contact the eu staff, is this true and how is it done, i have written them a mail ( i hope it was done correctly atleast) but i have had no replies yet
so heres my question, where do i go from here ?
