account login problem

im having trouble logging onto my account on the daoc home (camelot-europe) site. i enter my subscription login and password and click enter, then for a split second u see it verify - it says something like 'account_valid' in the address bar, then it seems to refresh back to the original blank page

im using opera as a browser and it has worked fine when ive paid previously, tried explorer too and that has the same problem

if anyone else has had this problem and knows how to fix it please help

Are you using your game login or your subscription login, you should have 2 sets of passwords sent to you when u signed up, make sure you are using the right one.

Also, I think there are some technical issues atm with the transactions.

it is the subscription one im using, ive had no problems paying before

yeah i read about the other billing problems, but from the details it looks as though other people have problems later on in the paying stage, i cant even access my subscription info so it might be my internet settings, but like ive said i have had no problems before and havent changed anything that i know of
