[HELP] Account Creation

Hope someone can help. Bought the game a few days ago and this is driving me nuts.
I have installed the game but when I try to create an account the account creation page seems bugged. When asked to select a country of residence the drop down doesnt give me any choices so I cant continue. I posted a help request and got a response really quick. It suggested that I clear history of my browser or try another browser - done both and neither work.....can anyone help or know of peeps suffering the same...

Did you fix this eventually? Be nice to know why as i tryed to find out but got nowhere.
I thought perhaps you just needed to make sure your internet advanced settings were on default or something, i have noticed some of the web pages on war-europe.com flicker with black lines when using the scroll bar.

are you using war-europe.com or Warhammer Online : Age of Reckoning
i remember people having problems if they didnt include the www.
