I have recently bought the game with a free month's subscription. When I try to create an account using the create account button on the main login window.
When I press this button it takes me to billing.camelot-europe.com but says that i can't access the root "\" on this domain.
I then went to www.camelot-europe.com\ to try and sign up that way. I entered the english section and went to account registration.
I entered my particulars into the form and pressed the right facing arrow that i presumed took me to the next screen.
However it took me to the top of the screen with the words

Once your subscription is complete, you will receive a GAME login and password that will enable you to connect to the game and a SUBSCRIPTION login and password that will enable you to access your account.

no message arrives at my email account telling me of a recieved account creation request nor is there any indication of the next step that i must go through.
This game cost me money and i can't play it due to possible incompetence...
