Account closed...

Any one else find their account closed for no reason what so ever?

Been like it since yesterday and no reply from goa's laughable support department as per usual :\

this will be the second time for me that the account has been closed despite them taking the payment as normal.

Yes i had it once then realised i hadn't paid my recent credit card statement so many things really can cause it maybe something like this.....

no, they have billed me as normal - taken the money from my bank account, but then closed my game account.

Same prob Mishy , been 4 weeks with no reply, acount still blocked :/

they have now re-opened it...

"Our payment site (Bibit) has cancelled the invoice numbers for some reasons. That's why your account has been automatically closed."


so there we go, it was all down to "some reasons"


Anyway Snk, i would say dont give up on them, just keep emailing them, using right now...
