Absent Friends..

Was just thinking about some of the old school CS players.

Who remembers - Enourmous storm trooper, Prometheus, Jobbie(I wish I knew where he played).

These were top players and nice guys, I always had a top game when enourmous was playing and a crap game if I was on the opposite side to Jobs and Prom.

Anyone else you guys remember?

jobbie was about the only "oldie" i remember from BW.

Although I do recall a lot of previous players from a gang called "MICS" and also some from FSK or NSR

Dont see them around much

I'm tempted to dig out old zips of demos so I can relive the days. Loads of names, lots of whcih I cant remember properly. Ho hum.

I know not all absent friends, just names that spring instantly to mind, loads and loads others though.

Yep him and all his mates, been playing on BW since I started, around 7.1 or so.

Lillymoster, Moon, Virus (Vuz) and the rest of what eventually became a&i.cs as well, the majority of regulars ended up in one of a few clans, or crossing inbetween them. The rest were admins

ahhh, the good old days.
Best clan match for tension and sportsmanship I ever played in was against CS-B.
Anyone remember Genius and the Bitch crew. I learned the game on their server, very helpful guys, owned me of course, beta 4, P90 rushes !!!

I remember the majority of those names and have fond memories of playing with them back in the day along with the rest of my <WDB> chums.

Other names which spring to mind are the clan [AS]..Shadow, Coops, Foxfire, Bond etc. And who could forget Ono...where the hell is he anyway? oh and also clan donut.. [o] ... choc was a really sound guy.

I remember Jobbie, and Dolly too (he invented StazShield v1 I believe ). I was in Carl1ng's old Lager Louts clan [LGL] when we were all on 56k
Yeah, him, Hoff Mist3r and Fost3rs. Great days.

[AS]Shadow was a very good player and the B!TCH (was that how it was ?) guys were a funny bunch - one of which, American Badass was an outstanding player !
