Just sent this letter to subscription@goa.com, and I advice you to send something also(it will probably not help, but who knows, perhaps someone at Goa even read it).

To Goa 26/8-03

Ok, hello gentlemen. Me and my friends have been playing this game for over a year, and we think its a great game. But we feel that your support and service have been left behind a bit. The subscrition have been down for more than six days now, I have friends who have bought the game but cant play, and I have friends that would like to reopen their accounts. But we do not know anything. You wont even give us information what is going on. Will the subscription be open sometimes today? or will it be open in a week or two? or have Goa financial problems? will it, perhaps never be opened again? Many, many players on Excalibur feels both angry and upset over the fact that you dont give any inforamtion at all. How long time does it take to write down the current status on your webpage? five minutes? And still you dont do anything. I am also irritated. This is very very bad service. Well several hundred players on both Excalibur and Prydwen are upset about these bad manners and are waiting for some sort of information.

Btw, is it only the english servers that dont get any news or are all servers treated like this?
