ok the thing is i'm making a dr00d, and have some questions about he diffrent speccs, what exactly does +nat and +reg do? I know that +regrowth gives better baseline heals, but does it do anything for the specc heals? as that's what i'll be using. And +nature does that in any way affect rooting, dotting?

+nurture does.. nothing

+regrowth help only on base heals. if u want better spec heals go for mastery of healing and/or wild healing

+nature helps on dots

There's several nice specs, basically you have like 5 choices for most effectiveness, basically that means focusing on 2 of the speclines:

Group friendly heal spec
40 regrowth, 35 nurture

Gives best res, 2nd best spreadheal, 75% instas
2nd best str/con buff, decent resist buffs

Group friendly buff spec
44 nurture, 31 regrowth

Gives best buffs, good resist buffs
1st spreadheal, 50% instas (75 single i think), 2nd best res

Group friendly nature spec (needs buffbot or higher nurture druid in group)
40 regrowth, 36 nature

Gives best res, 2nd best spreadheal, 75% instas
insta root (single, aoe), 47 sec aoe root, better dot, better pet

Battle druid spec
36 nature, 34 nurture, 21 regrowth

insta root (single, aoe), 47 sec aoe root, better dot, better pet
2nd best str/con buff, decent resist buffs
50% single insta, 25% group insta, below average heals (and no spreadheal)

Mixed spec
40 regrowth, 30 nature, 20 nurture

Gives best res, 2nd best spreadheal, 75% instas
Decent pet, 47 sec aoe root, single target insta root, decent dot
Gives below average buffs

If you have a low spec in nurture, + nurture will give you better base buffs.

forgot about 1 specc that imo is great.

40 nurt, 35 reg, 9 na

2nd best buffs, 1st aoeroot(^^) and good enough healing.

a druid like that along with groupfriendly naturespecced druid will prolly be very very hard to kill if both druids are played well.

Qte i know =D, but i have my ides that i wanna try. I'm not making this an main char, will still see my hero as main, and eld as first alt, but as i've played a healer for +1year i kinda miss the support bit of rvr. And ofc i will only play him when we have another druid in the group, or a buffbot close by.
