Ok got a tic(30) and a friar (28)

Just weondering, would it best to spec as a caster tic for leveling and full staff/enhancments for friar?

run full staff till 29, get 7 or 18 rejuv asap aswell... dump rest into enhance.
This all depends on endspec ofcourse =)

Tic Im not sure, I would probably drop rejuv 1 or maybe 2 below level to give a few points for enhance/flex/shield

Tic - I'd go rejuve til at least 40, as melee tics don't really shine til they get the higher AF and ABS buffs, and can have a decent amount of shield (in my opinion - mine is only 28).

Friar - You only have 1.5 spec points, not 2.0, so full staff/enhance is impossible. I'd go high enhance, staff a bit lower, rejuve quite low. Rejuve isn't worth gimping totally any more, as the amount your styles heals for is related to your rejuve (in my opinion - mine is only 42).

yes it was holy staff really rocks now, tho its so stupid it's getting nerfed in 1.84a
But at lvl28 figure eight + double strike should make u end killing yellow/oj mobs with 95%+ health (if u have a quite fast staff) till around 32. At around 32 u will just have to use offensive proc sometimes or heal after a fight, or both . use high staff( 1-3 pts below lvl) enhance around 2-3 pts below staff(not sure if its possible but keep it quite high) and sometimes put some pts in rejuv and when u get holy staff use sometimes it to heal up a bit because it rly eats your end. At 40 respec to something more friendly to what your end spec will be.

Keep rej and ench line as high as possible to around 40 (depending on your final spec. mine was 48 rej. 50 ench 13 sheild 29 crush. works well for me).

on my tic i got my weapon speced early and kept it abou the same as my level aswell as Rejuve till about 10 15 when i found out how good enhance was and ended up pumpin points into rejuve at lvl enhance catchin up and shiel gettin the rest
