Don't take the bait and play the game, if you choose this one then you must be either very certain it will work or you are stupid. Theres a high chance it wont work but if it does work I can garentee relationship status will incrase 5times

Nope but i think she feels sorry about him, he is a sad person. He only have me my gf and a few other friends and half of us dont really like him.

Lets say we are at a party and i wanna sit next to her, then its just not possible to be there faster than he is... Its just insane.

The best advice have been given here, not regarding the "punch him" comments

Take him for a pint, whatnot, and talk about it. Tell your GF that you have a problem with the guy, but make damn sure you don't make it sound like SHE did anything.

When he, next time as an example, sits next to your GF, tell him: "Move over" or "Scoot" or some other half hearted comment, then if he doesn't or asks "why?", tellhim that he's sitting next to her and you really belong to that place.

That's about it. Get it out and deal. Don't take the low road, it'll only piss people off and show your girl that you're just "like anyone else". Well, the possibility is there so why poke the grizzly.

Used.... as long as if you tried to sell it on ebay it came under the "Used" Category I guess it would be ok. Don't want it looking like it just came off the printer tbh... Sellotape would be a bonus - could always sell that on seperate I guess.
