a Shadowblades story... (or a SBs 5minutes of fame)

I wouldnt worry Zelnor. you did what anyone would've done in your case. Just because people are too quick on the flame button, and just because the cg is far too flooded to get a useful message through, is no reason for feeling bad about it :)

Damned good effort by Hibs and a nice story from Hells. When I logged on everything was already in full swing so only really assisted by checking Mjollneir and bolstering numbers at Gral bit.

Though its not the done thing to admit I guess, I actually cheered for the Hibbies when I found out what was going on.

Nice one, and well executed. I'll still do my best to slaughter every one of you I see though, so don't start picking out curtains yet :D

Thanks hibs for a great time last night.

Well planned, and almost well executed as far as i could see.

I have to ask...

Was the timing of two Mid keeps falling under attack to large Alb forces planned?

Or just a coincedence?

If it was planned... nice coordination. If not... how unlucky are we?

Our keep guards reported 37 enemies on Blendrake. And another 37 on Nott. turned out to be Albs.

We rushed to defend, and then about 5 mins later the bledmere Jarls started dying and we were like... "OMG RR!"

Scouts checked the RK's, and saw you hibbs at Grallah, (200+ at one piont!) So we abandoned the keeps, and rushed to Yggrda...

On the way someone asked for a status...

"Door at 30%" was the responce...

"Is that all?"

"Thats the INNER DOOT AT 30%!!!"

Jeez...

Albs wanted to do a 2fg Legion Raid yesterday. Thats why they took keeps most likely.

Albs have been very active taking keeps this last week - it has been great fun!

Salutes to you Albs (And now also Hibs) for an entertaining RvR week, more of that!

My thought on the coinsciden that Hibs attacked Grallarhorn nearly at the same time as Albs took out Blendrake/Nottmoor:
Since Albs have been doing those keep raids very actively the last week, it could've been that Hibs used that oppertunity to get easier access to Grallarhorn.

Anyways.. great fun: Keep it up! :)

i just want to know..why did it take u mids so long to get to RK? Cos u only showed up when 3rd door was down, but u should´ve gotten "ur knight was killed by a fuckload of hibs" spamming on /gu for quite a while before that.

Well the albs took 3 of our keeps during the afternoon.
When we were forming up the reports i got said that the mids were massing already so we thought the cat might have been out of the bag before we started.
We were at HMG when Notts fell, general thoughts were woohoo, go albs and damn we are going to have an alb army in the way.
Had a few problems which im not going into detail here but im very happy with the speed rams went up.
Then Albs took 2nd keep and soon after your horde swarmed us.

Not sure if we had 200 there, you might be getting alb overlap, i think 150 might be closer.

So in answer to your question i had no idea they were there and was a bit worried as a large alb force would probably get between us and safety.

Given the relic went walkies i took a large bunch and decided to take a few keeps, the Glen fight was nice, was a nice experiance fot some of the younger troops, some of them hadnt been on large scale RvR before. :)

partly true there, like 30 mins before the first guard spam i got a PM from a friend of mine. Telling his hib friend was asking alot of questions about mid numbers in yggdra and L50s ect ect.

Not hard for a troll to put together 2 and 2 = 3 ;)

I didnt tell anyone, dont like that kind of things.

P.S not saying any names.

No point running to Relic Keep as 1fg at the time when 200 there so we waited until we where 3-4fg and moved out.

Aye.

The massing you heard of, was the force destined to retake Nottmore. It fell while we were on the way, and the guards at Blend reported they were under attack - so we diverted there instead.

Quite literally just as we arived and ported into Blend passed the albs that were attaking... the blendrake Jarls started dying, and we realised a RK was under attack.

We suicided on the albs outside, leaving a few mids in the keep to hold on as long as poss (and they did a sterling job TBH) and started the gather at Vindasul.

Thats why we took so long... we were allready focusing on something else... took a few mins to realise it was a RK and get a scout to check which one.

Was a LOT of fun though.

And yes... the Glenlock battle was great.

A scout reported that blendrake was un claimed and undefended... so the new era alliance marched out to retake it with the intention of claiming by Purple warriors.

On the way, it was reported that Albs were pouring out of nott towards Blend, and that LOTS of hibs had just come back through the HMG in odins.

We took Blend, then found out the hibs were on Glen. so we went there instead of taking Nott back.

We met you all outside, and had, as you said, a great fight.

Then... went back to deal with Nottmore.

Once again... LOTS of fun.

Thanks Hibs... (and albs).

Started out 4 fg moving from uppland by the time hibs where on last 20 % of last door we where about 9 fg on stick, just down the road. No point runing there 2fg when its 176 hibs or that was the number blend jarl reported.

Bad luck for hibs , this was actually 1 of thoese days with tons of mids very active in RvR ,so was just moving the formed grouped to to defend, must have been 7 fg in emain that was rdy and sure some other places.
Would this have been 2-3 hours b4 we would not have made it.
