RSF ignored them, tortuga waz extreme paranoid and because of that paranoid they haven't used any caps in common RSF ops

it is the best movie ever produced from Eve in my view. Who cares if it was propaganda.

As for the whole Boob Tortuga thing. Boob were actually very skilled at crashing nodes when they were outgunned, everyone knows that.

If it were to happen now things would be different.
