Serves the stupid tards right for agreeing to appear on such a show in the first place.

I'm willing to bet anything you like that Sky1 deliberately went out and picked the most homophobic, narrowminded, macho blokes they could get to sign up for it specifically to attempt to provoke as strong a reaction as possible.

In my opinion the issue here isn't the sexuality or gender of Miriam or the blokes involved nor their reaction to it - the important thing I feel is the extent to which reality TV is now blatantly about public humilation, degradation and manipulation.

Shame on Sky I say for consistently dragging the lowest common denominator even lower.

Slightly off topic but I dont think that Miriam has done the rest of those who are transsexual any favors what so ever by agreeing to do this. Most transsexuals go through years of mental trauma and inner battles about their sexuality because of the restriction society place on them. This has probably just made society even more closed to alternative lifestyles.

If I was a bloke and this had happened well I think I would be ok with Miriam (probably go back for more :p) however I would be livid with the producers of the show.

some people do seriously wierd stuff to get on telly. though why they'd ever want to is beyond me.

Gender definitions are so restricting, arent they?

What does it matter, really?

If you fancy it, kiss it, imho :)

It's not as if they were contemplating settling down and having babies with her/him, is it?

i'd either break down and go sit crying naked in the shower, or bash his fucking skull in, either of the two are as likely tbh

edit: reading over the replies... you are aware that they made out with it, and had what a 14 year old nerd (me) would refer to as close contact of the 3rd degree? :p

if it was just chatting and no touching seduction, then I would have seen the humor in it, but after groping and kississ i'd be either primal-kill-mode or find-a-happy-place-mode.

Neh Jup,

What these kids don't understand is you get much kinkier when you get older :D

And to the question, how would I react. I'd think it was pretty funny but then I wouldn't:

A) Of volunteered in the 1st place
B) If I had voulunteered I wouldnt of been picked, as I'm obviously not macho and homophobic enough to react in a way good for Sky One.

ps: Hell if I was single I'd tell her to come back post op :p

Would have been more amusing if one of the contestants turned out to be a pre-op female>male trannie :)

For me, thinking about it, I'd rather kiss a normal gay guy than a tranny. I think I find the idea of transexuals a bit repulsive, dont really know why, but then I probably wouldn't mind being friends with one in real life.

(S)he definitely does look fit. How come the boobs look so real? Every transexual pic I've seen they've had "obvious implant" boobs.

If it were me I would be annoyed that I'd been duped, but wouldn't find the whole concept abhorrent.. It's not like any of them made out with him/her knowing that she was a he..

Distraction on CH4, funny but wrong at the same time.

First round was a first on the buzzer round only when you pressed your buzzer you got an electric shock. It got worse from then on.

My 40th birthday came complete with 2 strippagrams. Two really nice looking women. They slobbered all over me for a while, then took their clothes off. One was a bloke! Everyone pissed themselves laughing... including me (and yes I did snog him/her).

Did I feel mortally offended? Nope.
