Shirley, a 'PRO' rules server also requires something resembling a 'PRO' player limit i.e. 14 players OR LESS.

I like this idea about 12 rounds, have tried it a few times on other servers and it seems good, it would make a change from coming on to play CS and 7o'clock and finding that every server is either running aztec or dust! not saying these are crap but it does get abit annoying!
As for this stuff about missing out on the pistol round because of a poorer connection i think the max rounds should about 15-20! and maybe because of these max rounds a few more 'good' maps should be added to the pro-maps as the rotation will be much quicker, just a few ideas

Im kind of 50/50 on the 12rnd map Change.
If im against a new Team, it takes me about 4/5 round to learn their Tactics and Warm up, and by the time i do well the map changes :/ (Seen it on BlueYonder)

Nobody will have the chance to maintain and learn tactics, as the teams get split up on the map change

I played two maps under max rounds 16, which is what I have it set to currently, it worked well in two cases.
Firstly on aztec, it was grossly unbalanced and the T's were losing most rounds. We didnt play for long because the Ct's one quicly, bringing a great sigh of relief to the T players on map change.
On the next map the game was fairly even, but the Ct side started to become dominant after about 10 rounds, this would have again lead to a one sided game. Thankfully due to the fact that max rounds limit was again reached faster this never happened.

Tactics...
(1) Turn on the PC.
(2) Turn on the Monitor.
(3) Don't press random buttons unless absolutely necessary.
(4) Press random buttons if needed.
(5) It's okay to shoot teamies.
(7) Don't forget (6).
(8) Always gloat after killing someone.
(9) If killed scream into mic or type many inane swear words.
(10) Try to only use 1337 wording.
(11) If someone says you are immature remember to talk back with rule (10) as 1337 is a sign or maturity.
(12) You always know best.
(13) Those who disagree with (12) are gay.
