Anyway, thanks Albs for breaking both Mid instaports. Why Mids took Beno - I have no idea, but getting Beno and Berk back - that was such a great move! The RvR in the area went from some -> none.
If I was an Alb - I would have left Berk as the instaport to line up some RvR for tonight, and possibly tomorrow, but we don't want that do we. Boats for all!

Keep having fun bashing those keeps!

in order for us, albs, to protect ours we need ALL of our keeps, yes?
in order to own DF its easyer to have all your realms keeps/towers, and one outland, yes?

rp's is a system to keep us playing and feel like we can achieve something, it isn't the main reason the game was created, yes?

ps. when you start a RR, then once you have Albs fully responding, then you all log, you have a lot of bored Albs who do stupid things like....

Try not to generalise Illu you could have said 'a lot of' instead of just 'Albs'. I for one, and I am definately not alone in this opinion, disagree with comments such as this:

If this is out of context, I apologise; but I disagree that the majority of Albion feel this way in regard to hosting irvr. It is probably more likely (imo atleast) that the 'late nighters' 'destroy it' because of boredom (although of course there will be those that are there for the sole purpose of removing irvr); attacking a keep where there has been irvr all day will hopefully give a reasonable response.
The irony of the above comment is also that there will be people in the opposite realms that feel exactly the same way, and as such we go round in a circle - this is not necessarily a bad thing though, as it keeps the environment moving.

The problem is caused from the fact that there are some that will want irvr and obviously there will be those that don't; the reasons behind these choices at any given time are beside the point (especially as people will feel differently in different situations), whether someone is fed up of the scenery or that they don't want it in their own realm etc. There needs to be found some sort of compromise (mainly from those that want irvr) as ultimately those that don't want it can quite easily get their own way - Perhaps not a compromise as such, but atleast an understanding and appreciation.

(I hope you can understand what I am trying to say, as it's late and I may not be thinking straight )

irvr was up in bled late last night / early this morning. at around 8am uk time the keep was retaken. Im not saying mids should not have done it .. but if it was left alone you would've had the irvr you wanted. the questionare thing you did does not just apply to albs.

that`s no longer irvr but a full blown RR.


That`s when we got our act toghether and descided to kill every single last mid, and take every single tower and keep in in our fronteer back.

it`s the best way to attract attention to be honnest. take any random tower or keep, and you will get ingored till you grow a beard. take a tower that keeps irvr or port open, and 2 things are possible :

1) crybabies go whine on FH
2) the people who lost port/irvr try to reopen it, => much fun.

I`ve never done an AC raid, i managed a few times to stay awake from 20.00 to 5.00 Cet though.

tbh, and this is the is what IRVR is all about : "irvr is an open invitiation to a RR'.

you want to lose relics ??? allow irvr in YOUR realm.

yesterday at one point, mids held 13 towers and 2 keeps in albion and were besieging a third keep.

that is NOT irvr.

I'm inclined to agree with Kagato. Mids surely must've known how things would pan out by trying the RR when irvr was open in emain. If bolg was taken then irvr for all ... mids ruined it which they're intitled to do, and then "pve'd" bled back in the morning ... ok, but then it's a bit daft complaining about what albs do.

For the record, while the albzerg covered their blanket over beno/berk and moved futher to take bled/nott; if you wonder why there was none defending bled+nott it's because there were only 3 online in Midgard.

Atleast we had some funny fights with a few albs over the unclaimed towers in HW while this went on. You say these 3 mids should spend hours pve'ing a hib keep to get irvr there instead?
