Find an alternative career imo. If you really want to join the armed forces, become German or join the foreign legion imo =) The US Army (which I guess you speak of? =) Never heard of any other "army") is utter crap if you ask me (and if you ask people who know what they're talking about aswell ^^ )

EDIT: "Location: UK/Norfolk -" hum ok....nerf, I'm still a little tired from the 900km I just did to come back from the family holidays, forgive me =) If it's UK, get real good and join the SAS, top notch dudes....but ok, you need to be really fit =))

For me personally...hmmm, hard to tell, but I think it'll be:

1) Try to find a cooler job that has to do with my studies but is as overpaid as my current one (lol, you can always hope, can you? =) )
2) Suceed at university, but well, it's looking quite promising already
3) Squish out more time to spend with friends (that's the hard part if you got work +uni stuff)

and I guess some other things aswell which are either of minor concern or private thoughts ^^

Nah, I thought "the army" was a term mostly used for the US Army. Well ok, the reasoning behind this is, that in Germany it's like this =) If you say army, you mean the US Army, if you say Bundeswehr (or Bund), you mean the German military forces ^^
