a little sorc help

ive recently been knocking up me rp lvl in the bg`s but when ever i qc aoe mezz it never seems to work, rest of spells are fine does qc work with aoe mezz or am i wasting me time ?

I bet your pressing aoe str/con debuff first.

Stupid bug for casters that if u press qc and then use an insta debuff it use's the qc to cast it, I know stupid

Yep most likely your doing this, very annoying bug indeed, especially as the casting animation still carries on even though the spell isn't cast.

Sometimes its better to hit the insta debuff then qc mezz if you really have to quickcast.
If you can get away without using QC then to use the debuff as you "normal cast" the mezz works fine

Btw, the quickcast isn't so quick. At leats not when fully buffed with high dex. Then a normal cast is quicker than Qcast, as that has a standard castingspeed and ins't altered by dex. Besides, quickcast doesn't help against CC or amnesia.

In other words, don't Qcast unless you're being meleed
