1.) you must think you are invincible.
2.)you MUST have an excuse for dieing.
3.)no actual conversation on the server,apart from hurling abuse.
4.) defusing the bomb is a NO-NO.
5.)flashbanging your team is a MUST.
6.)at the start of a round always run with your weapon so you block your team mates.
7.)always accuse everyone of cheating (especially the person that killed you last).
8.)if your team is losing always switch to the winning side.
9.)on as_maps when you get auto teamed always switch back,even though there are meant to be MORE CT's than T's
10.)you must be homophobic
11.)never press 5 when you choose your team always join the side which the map is biased too.(remember to spam that 1 key on assault!!)

although I dispute point 9, the reason why you get autoswitched is because the server doesn't treat the VIP as a member of the CT team.

Speaking of which, is it just me who seems to play better whenever they are the "objective" player? ie I'll bumble round tundra like a headless chicken getting shot to pieces whatever weapon I have, but as soon as I become the VIP I turn into a one man killing machine, and almost ALWAYS escape. Same goes for the bomb maps, I rarely get cut down if I'm carrying the bomb. Maybe it "focuses the mind" or something.

any bomb maps, give me the bomb as T and I guarantee I'll be the first to die... it's some sort of curse for me to carry the bomb...

I think carrying the bomb/being the VIP does force one to concentrate, and maybe slow up a little. I think a lot of players (including me) get killed off because they just rush around (generating noise).

I played a VIP the other day, and I actually killed more Ts then, than I did when I was supposed to be protecting!

I get that when I'm a VIP too. I just hide behind the rest of the team normally, but if I get caught in the open they miss with the AWM and I get a headshot with the pistol or something equally daft.

My m8 tends to run about with the deagle and gets pretty impressive scores just using that.

I get on with the MP5 the best.

Aye, when I play as VIP on Oilrig (for example), I only ever die if I've run out of bullets (dropping 3 or so guys in the process). I don't bother to hang back, I just charge forward and somehow take everyone out.

you forgot to add that you must use your other teammates as cannon fodder for awps so that you can get a loada frags and say that you are the best when you blatantly are not, and that hg'ing teammates is fun
