I did not mention anything about radar because from what I heard it wasnt at all about whether he used a 3rd-party program or not.

FYI, he didnt get banned for no radar, he got a temporary ban because he jump up on a boat while being attacked, that in my opinion is as much bug abuse as diving up and down at surface in a water figth tbh...
