btw, why doea all ns/rangers hit so damn fast with malice/battler.. spd on these weapons in hib ? my sb with 254 qui, 10 melee spd, red haste, and a 2,6 spd dont hit that fast tbh.. :'( or atleasst i dont think so.. so is rly the qui hard cap at 250?

Small characters always seem to hit/nuke faster.

hehe.. well i know that.. but as its mentioned, its prolly the fact that smaller races seems to hit faster, while they r not.
