I have a rr4 Luri NS sitting there that I don't use and I kinda want to give him a go so ..

1) rr4..shud I just cut my losses..delete and reroll Celt ?
2) is there any good templates out there that don't use ml10 stuff?
3) whats up wit leggys, are they in, are they out, are they gonne be in/out?
4) if I stick luri.. blades or thrust?
5) a good rr4 spec ?
6) any additional tips ?

1.) Yes
2.) No , but in 3 nights i did in under 90 mins 2 draco kills each which got me ml10 legs chest and negative belt so its easy if you watch region.
3.) Leggies are ok , dual weilded leggy templates are ok but you 100% have to run celerity charges , and without a spec af bot in it means juggling alot of charges .
4.) You wont so nvm ^^
5.) 44 blades 39 cs 36 env/str rest cd
6.) Reroll celt 100%

I got a NS - luri and i do very good, i think luris Evade alot so
dont give up on it .

you will sure piss off alot when your evade 80 % of there hits

cap dex - and get so high str as possible and a Luri will feel like you rolled a troll.

Spec 35 stealth 50 pircing 36 celtic dual and rest in env fore lifebane and so.

None whatsoever , once you have 300+ dex and a greater evade myth you as near evade cap as doesnt matter , as elf i have 408 dex as pierce and the difference from 300 dex as blades is 1% or a little over evade , my dd's do hit for 380 a pop however

Celt NS is ftw tho , nerf being a silly rr11 elph

No, luri has exactly the same weaponskill as celt if you go pierce and higher dps thx to nuke. Just look at starting stats if you have questions. And u wont be a big ugly target either. And yes, you should be pierce leggie.

They are in! And regarding running celerity, I do it and it´s good but Sexa does not and he pretty much owns everyone anyway so it´s not a requirement.

No idea how you calculate but in Sweden pierce ws is str dex. Luri has 40 str + 80 dex = 120. Celt is 60 + 60 = 120. Same ws. Luri has better dd, evade etc. Celt more con. What secret info are u not telling me?

It's easier to "just" cap str rather than str and dex and all the other vital stuff
